Similar to Prior Growth Slow Downs
We have been noting for many, many months now that the Money Flow Breadth pattern as well as the price & volume pattern of the S&P500 is very similar to the 2015/2016 double bottom with record breaking positive divergence. Well, after seeing our Money Flow Breadth basically go straight up over the past couple weeks and our Money Flow Model finally turning Bullish after 8 months of being Bearish, I can’t help but to show this long-term picture of our Money Flow Breadth Thrust! As you can see from the long-term Bull Market chart of the S&P500 this Money Flow Breadth Thrust is very similar to the prior four Thrust signals but especially similar to the 2015/2016 growth slow down!
As a side note, all Money Flow Breadth Thrust happen after growth slowdown!
